Vladika Grigorije (Bishop Gregory), born Mladen Durić in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1967, is a prominent figure in the Serbian Orthodox Church and a significant voice in Serbian society. He currently serves as the Bishop of Düsseldorf and Germany.
Grigorije’s journey to religious leadership began early. He entered the Ćelije Monastery as a novice after completing secondary school and was tonsured a monk in 1992.
