Nadezhda Nikitichna Kadysheva (Надежда Никитична Кадышева), born June 1, 1959, in Gorkino village, Leninogorsky District, Tatar ASSR, is a prominent Russian folk singer. She is the leading vocalist of the ensemble “Golden Ring” (Золотое кольцо) and holds the titles of People’s Artist of Russia and People’s Artist of Mordovia. Her vibrant performances, elaborate stage costumes, and powerful vocals have made her a beloved figure in Russian popular culture.
Kadysheva’s journey to musical success began with hardship. Her mother died when she was young, and she was raised in a boarding school.
