Space: Leonardo has a significant presence in the space sector, primarily through its joint ventures with Thales (Thales Alenia Space and Telespazio). These ventures are involved in satellite manufacturing, space infrastructure, and space services, providing solutions for telecommunications, Earth observation, and navigation.

Leonardo operates globally, with a significant presence in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The company generates revenue from government contracts, commercial sales, and service provisions.
